Standard Screening Protocols

Every product and service that KGI offers is processed and handled according to a Standard Screening Protocol (SSP).

Each SSP defines the default features, procedures, and other parameters by which KGI processes an individual search. This ensures compliance, consistency, and equity in the processing and billing of reports across applicants.

FAQs

I want my searches processed in a different manner than prescribed in the SSP

We understand that you may have a unique use-case that doesn't fit into our standard protocols. We offer our Enterprise customers the ability to develop their own protocols. For more information on becoming an Enterprise customer, please send us a message at sales@kgi360.com.

I don't want to pay third-party, pass-through, or outsource fees

Please see the related article located here.

My search package or screening bundle contain multiples of the same search. How are those processed?

Each search is treated independently and conducted according to the SSP of the search.

For example, if your screening package contains three employment verifications, each verification will be processed according to that search's protocol. Our research team cannot see that more than one search was ordered as part of a package, and therefore cannot combine or share attempts across searches.
